Meet Our Staff


Pastors Mike & Kristy Thomas

Pastors Mike & Kristy Thomas have been Senior Pastors at ROLC since October 2006. Their family consists of their daughters Mikala and her husband Tanner Phillips and Katelyn and her husband Landon Moore. Mike & Kristy have served as Children's Pastors for four years and Youth Pastors for nine years. They are both ordained through the Assemblies of God. God's saving grace and life changing power is apparent in their testimonies and life. They lead with a passion and desire to see the lost and hurting saved and living transformed lives. Their desire is to lead God's church through loving God and loving people. Through pouring into missions in our community and throughout the world, discipling others, and leading others to a life transformed by Christ. They believe in living a life that is real and being a part of a REAL GOD flowing through REAL PEOPLE! They would like to invite you to come and experience Jesus as we live life as Christ would! 



Harlan & Beth Miller

Church administrators provide a spiritual service to the Body of Christ which involves the wise stewardship of God's resources for the accomplishment of the work of the ministry. Beth has been in this role at ROLC for the past 8 years. She and her husband Harlan have been married for 28 years and enjoy life with their two sons, Brady 21 and Caleb 19.  

Pastors Josh & Geanetta Moore

Pastors Josh & G have been married five years and have three boys, Seth 21, Sage 18 and Micah is 11. They have been involved in various ministries from teaching Sunday School, Children's Ministry and Youth Ministry. They are currently serving as Young Adult Pastors. It is their desire to see Young Adults of today grow in a deeper relationship with God, to establish relationships and build a community with other Young Adults.


Pastors Tanner & Mikala Phillips

Pastors Tanner and Mikala have been married four years and they have been leading the ROLC Youth for the last three. They love youth and love teaching them how to live in todays everchanging world with UNchanging word of God. When they aren't chasing their youth group around they are chasing their dog, Bandit.
